Mix together
8 oz sour cream
can of cream of mushroom soup
8 oz cream cheese
1 tsp onion salt
small can of chilies
2 cups or more cheese
2 lbs of cooked chicken cut into bite size (or I just use 2 to 3 cans of chicken)
Mix and spread in tortillas and roll up and cover with either green or red enchilada sauce and a little more cheese. Cook on 375° for about 30-40 min. covered, then take cover off and cook 10-15 more min. You just don't want to burn the edges.
