1 8oz cream cheese, softened
1 small jalapeño (optional), finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
¾ tsp cumin
1 mango (optional), chopped
1 large red bell pepper, chopped
Mix all ingredients for filling.
6 flour tortillas (the uncooked ones are best—just toast before serving)
6-12 Romaine lettuce leaves
8 oz thinly slicked deli turkey (2 slices per wrap)
¾ cup Colby Jack cheese, shredded
Spread mix on tortilla. Then layer lettuce, sliced turkey and cheese.
