Porcupine Meatballs- Granny Goon

1 lb. ground beef
½ cup uncooked rice
½ cup water
Minced onion
Salt & pepper to taste
3 tbsp. salsa

Mix together & roll into balls. Put in 9x13 baking dish.

1 can tomato soup
½ can water
Sprinkle Heinz 57 sauce

Mix & pour over meatballs. Cover with foil & bake at 375° for 45 minutes-1 hour. Take foil off & bake 15 minutes longer.
