Here Goes...

I think everyone who knows me knows I LoVe to cook. Well bake really but the kids need nurishment too so I try to do both. I'm so excited to start this cooking blog so I can keep track of all my favorite recipes and share them with people who love food as much as I do!

So a little background on myself & my family(since this is a family cookbook blog). My name is Noel. I have a HUGE family that seems to multiply every time someone blinks and I love them all to death. We have 2 parents, they had 8 kids, we all married & had lots of kids. Our parents now have 35 grandchildren/great grandchildren and one on the way. If my maths correct that is. Hopefully they'll post recipes too so we can all be in this together.

I myself am married and have 4 terrific kids. And for now my favorite hobby is cooking with a little catering on the side. My favorites are cookies, brownies, cinnamon rolls, chocolates... basically anything unhealthy.
