Poppy seed Chicken- Audra

3 or more chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
2 cans cream of chicken
½ cup grated parmesan
16 oz. sour cream
1 tube Ritz crackers

Sprinkle chicken on the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Mix together soup, parmesan, & sour cream, & pour on top of chicken. Crush Ritz & sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 30-45 minutes. Serve over angel hair pasta.
