½ cup flour
1 tsp salt
¼ cup margarine/butter
4-6 chicken breasts
Mix flour and salt together in plastic bag. Drop chicken and shake to coat. Pour margarine on baking sheet. Place chicken on baking sheet. Turn chicken to coat both sides with butter.
Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes.
Honey Glaze Sauce:
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup honey
¼ cup lemon juice
1 Tbsp soy sauce
¼ cup butter/margarine, melted
Combine all ingredients. Microwave sauce for easier pouring.
Pour over baked chicken breasts. Bake for additional 45 minutes. (Noel prefers to double sauce.)
Serve over rice.
