Judy Barlow Brownies- Noel

1 cup butter, melted

2 cups sugar

½ cup cocoa

4 eggs

2 Tbsp Caro syrup

2 cup flour

Mix ingredients.  Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes.

Frosting:

1 ½ cups powdered sugar

1/3 cup cocoa

¼ cup butter

3 Tbsp milk

½ tsp vanilla

Mix together and spread over cooled brownies!
