Dip in egg and coat with cornstarch. Brown in hot oil. Put in baking pan lined with foil and sprinkle with garlic salt.
Sauce:
1Tbsp soy sauce
¼ cup pineapple juice
3 Tbsp catsup
¼ tsp salt
¾ cup sugar
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes. Serve over rice.
(Noel prefers to double the sauce.)
